A property valuation as at 1 July 2027 assesses the property's market value at that specific date. The valuation date is different from the date you make your booking.
Melbourne Property Valuers prepares formal property valuation reports for Capital Gains Tax purposes. The report can be provided to your accountant when calculating your property's capital gain.
